If you’re curious about your own tongue function and its impact, this will be a great opportunity to explore the Ten Tongue Tie Tests, and see how you fair. These, coupled with any symptoms / issues you describe, will allow Emily to let you know the likelihood that you have a restriction that may be worth exploring more.
