When we talk about breathing, the most important starting point is the realisation that it’s more about undoing than doing. Your body is designed to breathe functionally and your job is to facilitate that.
Each body is unique, and its condition fluctuates daily, even throughout the day. By learning functional breathing, you actually learn to tune in into your current mental and physical state, and undo the tensions and / or inhibitions that prevent you from breathing with ease.
