Payment

Separate lessons / coachings / group lessons / workshops / 5- & 10-cards are to be payed before the appointment / first session of the card. Your spot is only assured after payment.

Cards

A 5- / 10-card is valid for half a year, personal, not transferable, and can not be refunded. You are responsible to keep an eye on how long your card is valid and to book your sessions in time.

Cancellation

Cancellations need to happen in writing. Email is valid. SMS, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or other social media are not valid.

A private session can be canceled 48 hours on beforehand free of charge. In case this happens later, the session will be charged / deducted from the card, unless a doctor’s note can be provided. No other exceptions will be made.

Participation in a group lesson or workshop, organized by singsing!: When cancellation happens more than 15 days on beforehand, no compensation will be charged. When cancellation happens between 15 and 8 days on beforehand, half of the total amount will be charged. If cancellation happens later than that, the total amount will be charged.

In case the payment has already been made, singsing! will refund the necessary amount.

Disputes

In case of a dispute, only the courts of Alicante are authorized.
